Nigeria's flying eagles 'shot down' by the French lads.

The Nigerian Under-20 football team,the flying eagles (as they are known),have finally taken a bow out of the on-going FIFA under-20 youth championship.The lads who started the competition with a very impressive performance- beating teams like: Guatamala,Croatia,Saudi Arabia(at the preliminary stage) and the strong-walled defensive English team(in the second round) ;5-0,5-2,2-0 and 1-0,respectively- finally succummed to the force of the indefatigable French lads. Although the Flying eagles tried to fly,it was a case of tactics gone wrong,as the French team countered their every move.Is it another case of the boys not heeding to instructions as John Obuh,the Flying eagles' coach, would say? or a case of wrong substitution or just another badly-officiated match?  na who we go blame this time? That being said, the boys have done well, at least their best, and we should encourage them for a better tomorrow.We wish them safe return on the 15/8/2011,and success in their future.
